I can honestly say the service from the team at Ian Watts & Son was simply the best, it is very rare, if ever, that that I have rated any service as perfect, but the team absolutely delivered on this word and beyond. My sister and I started our journey with the team when the most brilliant man in our life, our dad, passed away suddenly. From the moment the team arrived at the house to dad being finally laid to rest the word professional simply doesn’t do justice to the team and all they did.  The empathy, tolerance, patience, dignity and sensitivity has been second to none. No detail too small no request too large they were all simply brilliant.
